Author: Jonathan Kent

Jonathan is a former staff reporter and news editor for the Roosevelt News. He was born in the small town of west Nashville, Tennessee. He grew up with his 8 siblings: Martha, Mary, Magdalene, Maggie, Martha, Mary, and Mud. Jonathan was dropped on his head as a small child and ever since, he’s been able to see the future. His abilities were harnessed by the villainous Captain Boogers and used to do harm upon the world. He graduated in 2017.

The Roosevelt News is a student run publication that aims to present factual and unbiased news and meaningful content to students, teachers, parents, and alumni. We seek to inspire conversation within the Roosevelt community and give a platform to a wide range of opinions and backgrounds so that all voices in the student body are acknowledged and represented. Our intent is to broaden thinking and bring awareness to issues that matter in our community and provide an open forum for discussion within our school.
